Who we are
Our journey began in the 1950s when our family crossed the Atlantic from Europe to the Americas, with a notable stop in South America—a common path for many at that time. Eventually, we settled in Brazil and established a small textile factory that grew to become one of the largest in the country.
The patriarch of our family made a strategic decision to finance both the factory’s suppliers and clients, giving birth to our Finance division. This proved to be a wise choice, as profits from this venture were reinvested in commercial real estate, primarily industrial properties.
In the 1990s, economic turmoil in Brazil led to the closure of many textile companies. However, this period also underscored the importance of our Finance division, which had already outgrown the original textile business. As a result, we shifted our focus entirely to finance, creating investment funds that fueled further growth.
We never forgot our original plan of coming to the United States. Over the years, we have built a multi-state portfolio. Today, Klin Commercial Real Estate boasts a robust collection of properties across North and South America, specializing in service-oriented retail and industrial sectors.
